1. What MarketLink Is
MarketLink is a platform that lets businesses create a profile, list products or services, and receive orders and bookings from customers. MarketLink connects buyers and sellers but is not a party to any transaction between them — payment, delivery, and fulfillment are agreed directly between the business and the customer.
2. Accounts
You must create an account to place an order, make a booking, or register a business. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account secure.
3. Seller Responsibilities
Businesses listing products or services on MarketLink confirm that what they list is genuine, legal to sell, and accurately described. Selling counterfeit, stolen, illegal, or explicit content is prohibited and may result in the business being suspended or removed.
4. Buyer Responsibilities
Customers agree to place genuine orders and bookings. Repeated cancellations, no-shows, or fraudulent orders may result in restrictions on your account, including loss of access to Pay on Delivery.
5. Fees
Creating a business and listing products or services is currently free. Optional paid features (such as featured placement) will be clearly marked as paid before you use them.
6. Reporting & Enforcement
Users can report businesses or other users for violations of these terms. MarketLink may suspend or remove accounts that violate this agreement, at its discretion.
7. Limitation of Liability
MarketLink provides the platform "as is" and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items or services listed, or for disputes between buyers and sellers.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated as MarketLink grows. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
