Yes. Creating a business, listing products or services, and receiving orders, bookings and messages is free. Optional paid extras (like Pro or a billboard spot) always show their price before you pay.

Sign up, tap Create Business and follow the steps: name, category, location, photos and your contact and payment details. Your page is live straight away and you can share its link or QR code.

Each business starts as either products or services. If you need both, use the Expand Business upgrade from your dashboard.

Customers pay you directly — to your M-Pesa Till, Pochi la Biashara or number that you set in Edit Business. MarketLink never holds your customers' money.

They open your page, choose a product or service and send an order, booking or quote request. You get a notification and can accept, update and complete it from your dashboard.

Customers can pay when they receive the order. Customers who repeatedly cancel or don't show up can lose this option.

With M-Pesa or card at checkout. Plans are prepaid; you get a reminder before a plan ends and a short grace period after.

Reward points you earn by referring other businesses, checking in daily and more. Use them for perks inside MarketLink. They have no cash value.

Open your dashboard once a day and tap Check in. Coins grow over a 7-day streak; miss a day and the streak starts again at day 1.

Share your business link and QR code, post your posters on WhatsApp Status and social media, keep your photos and prices fresh, reply to messages quickly, and ask happy customers for a review.

Dashboard → Create a Poster. Pick a design and size (A5 print, square post or WhatsApp Status), then share, download or print it. Every poster has a QR code that opens your page.

MarketLink verifies businesses, and referring other businesses can earn you verification for free. Verified businesses get a badge customers trust.

Yes. Install it from the prompt on the website (Android app download or Add to Home Screen). It opens faster, sends notifications and keeps working when your internet is slow.

Pages you've already opened can still be viewed without internet. Orders, messages and new searches need a connection.

Allow notifications when MarketLink asks, or turn them on in Settings. You can change this any time in your phone's settings too.

The business you order from sees your name and number so it can serve you. Businesses show the contact details they choose on their page.
